Once your order is booked, it will be dispatched on the next working day and you will receive a tracking number to your email.
We promote exchange/return only if you have received a wrong product or damaged product with proof of a full opening video.
Our team will verify the opening video submitted, complying with our policies, and will notify you of the approval or rejection status of the request. If approved, the return request will be processed within 7 business days from the date of delivery of the order.
Important: Make sure you contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item on the same day of receiving the order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Make sure you make an opening video as soon as you receive the package to address any issues of damage/wrong item. You can share the video on WhatsApp and our team will assist you with further proceedings.
